Display Custom Pages

If you are a Coordinator, see Manage Custom Pages.

Custom Pages contain useful information for your own staff or for other WorldTracer members. For example, who is the WorldTracer coordinator, or how to contact the Baggage department.

There are three levels of custom pages:

Custom Page Description Available To
Company pages

Contact information for an airline or handler.

  • Coordinator

  • Baggage and Claims department

  • Prorate office

Public pages are available to all WorldTracer members.

Private pages are restricted to the company's agents.
Station pages

Information about a specific company/station.
SITA pages Information provided by SITA. All WorldTracer members.

 

Tip:

Display custom pages to find out the name of the Coordinator for another WorldTracer member.

Display WorldTracer Coordinator Details

Menu: Administration > Airline/Handler > Custom Pages

  1. Select the company code for the coordinator you want to find and click Update.

    The Coordinator's details are displayed in the Public page.

Display Other Company Custom Pages

Menu: Administration > Airline/Handler > Custom Pages

  1. Select the company code for the pages you want to display.

  2. Select the page type from the drop-down list.

Display Station Custom Pages

Menu: Administration > Station > Custom Pages

  1. Select the station and company code for the pages you want to display.

    You can only display private pages for your airlines that you handle.

Display SITA Custom Pages

Menu: Other > Miscellaneous > SITA Custom Pages

Use the navigation keys to browse the pages.
